Full Member ($450 | $265 After June 15 for new members) - open to individuals currently employed in a qualified field of commercial real estate (QFCRE)** which directly and integrally relate to the transaction, design, development, construction, management, investment and or functioning of CRE and who derive at least 75% of their gross volume of business from commercial real estate matters. Commercial real estate (CRE) refers to real estate used exclusively for business purposes. It is a kind of investment (building or land) intended to generate a profit, either from capital gains or rental income as a place for organizations to do business. The following shall not be considered commercial real estate, but instead shall be considered residential real estate: (i) services rendered in connection with one to four-family residential units, (ii) on-site management of multi-family properties, and (iii) builders of one to four-family residential unit.
